    Parkour (French: [paʁkuʁ]) is a training discipline using movement that developed from military obstacle course training. Practitioners, called tracers or traceurs, aim to get from one point to another in a complex environment, without assistive equipment and in the fastest and most efficient way possible. Parkour includes running, climbing, swinging, vaulting, jumping, plyometrics, rolling, quadrupedal movement (crawling) and other movements as deemed most suitable for the situation (not to be confused with freerunning).^[4][5] Parkour's development from military training gives it some aspects of a non-combative martial art.             Personally, i love parkour i mean its very cool for me, because we have to going somewhere parkour is very helpful. Because we don’t need a bike or car to get our destination, by running and a bit of parkour i think is very enough for me. a lot of technique that you could apply in every obstacle depending on situation and how you pass that.

            One of my favorite parkour game is Parkour race free run on google play store. i found this game on advertise, i was impressed by the graphic and motion after all i love it. Also there are many skins such a Wonder woman skin, captain america, spider-man and many other you could find in the game. When i was played that game, i was felt like playing spider-man ps4 in my phone because it seems like only jumping, running, and roll in. i over to play this game its actually for kids and not fore adult i mean this game just same level and not have like bos fight or any challenges. But, every day you could play in special level, every day parkour race free run have some kind of world tour every you pas that level you get extra coin you cant ern.

            For example, if you have passed japan level you get robot skins or if you have passed paris level, you will get joker skins and many other county in the game you could try it on the game. if I'm just passed on classic mode on 487 level i don't know what is the maximum level of the game.
